from Naropa University and
began facilitated Transformational
Painting in 1986 with art students
in Japan.
April Burns has practiced Taji for 38 years, applying Taoist principles to her life and teaching in Santa Cruz teaching through the “living Tao Foundation.” She also directs is director of “Spontaneous Arts” an educational service.

In this weekend through taiji movement and Transformational Process Painting we will enter into ancient symbols to discover their relationship to our everyday life. Combining the taiji that focuses, gets chi flowing with process painting is a powerful way to open to creativity. No experience is necessary in taiji or the visual arts. Bring your beginner’s BEGINNERS MIND.
